When do you ship?
We ship Monday-Wednesdsay so that your plants don't get held up with carriers over the weekend.
Who do you ship with?
Our standard shipping is UPS 2 day on all orders. But upgraded UPS next day shipping is available as an option at checkout. During the winter months heat packs an insulation are automatically included.
What happens if my plant is damaged when I receive it?
Some plants tolerate shipping better than others and there are some inherent risks when shipping plants. Please understand these prior to making a purchase. We package our plants as carefully as possible, but we can't control what happens once the plant leaves our care. Plants can sometimes have leaf damage, yellowing or wilting as well as potential root damage as a result of shipping stress. The best possible thing to do in this circumstance is to let you plant REST and recover from their journey. DO NOT unpot your plant. Place in a shady spot, give a small amount of water and do not fertlize right away. They will recoup and improve!
What is your refund policy?
All sales with Rooted Rarities are final. If for some reason there is a problem...there's only one rule...
