Shipping Information

How do you ship?

UPS 2 day is our standard shipping. UPS next day upgrade is available at checkout. Orders traveling to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped USPS priority.

When will my plants ship?

We only ship out on Monday-Wednesday so that plants don't get held up with the carrier over the weekend. 

Can I get refund or replacement if my plants arrived damaged during transit? 

There is always some risk in shipping living plants. Please understand this before making a purchase. These risks can include cosmetic damage such as wilting or yellowing, loss of leaves, broken stems or damage to roots. Please understand that we have no control of your plant after it leaves our care and therefore we cannot be held responsible for such damage. No refunds or replacements will be given.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges. We inspect your plants prior to shipment for any damage and will alert you if there has been any change in the plant(s) after being purchased. After we package your plants up and they leave our shop we cannot be held responsible for damages due to delays, weather or handling by carriers.
